The importance of body shape:

The importance of body shape:

Based upon the scaled-down dimensions of the Saturn dreadnought model, this Nomad Mini-Saturn is wonderfully comfortable and easy to play, sitting perfectly whether on the knee or equipped with a strap. It is the perfect travel companion whether you're off to the beach or festival, or perhaps just as an easy-to-grab guitar on the go.

Which tonewoods are used and why?

Which tonewoods are used and why?

The Nomad Mini-Saturn features solid Spruce on the Top and solid Indonesian Mahogany on its back and sides, both shown in their natural hues. Each Nomad instrument comes with a satin finish, allowing the wood to freely resonate, embracing any musical battle scars and festival memories with a sense of pride.

How does it all come together?

How does it all come together?

With the classic combination of Spruce and Mahogany in a smaller package, the baby-saturn is bright and zingy with lots of energy emanating from its smaller frame. But when amplified, its smaller dimensions are undetectable. The fittings of the Nomad guitars – fingerboard, headplate, bridge, etc – are still made of solid Ebony. So even though the guitar may be physically lightweight, the Nomad is far from light on quality.

The Electronics:

This Nomad is equipped with a Fishman Presys 1 preamp system and an undersaddle piezo pickup strip. This elegant solution is super easy to use, with an easy-to-read built-in tuner, contour EQ control, phase switch (to control any feedback on stage), and a volume knob. The output is located at the base of the guitar, integrated with the strap button.

The Gigbag:

Your Faith Nomad guitar is supplied complete with a padded gigbag with handles, backstraps and an accessory pocket. It will even just about squeeze into most overhead lockers in airplanes too!

I am really pleased with it. The sound is lovely and it is beautiful. I'd never heard of Faith Guitars but the quality was so good I just bought it.
    Mark Dight -
Beautiful architecture with the simple banding. The most gorgeous parlour sound that is strong in both bass and treble. Really comfortable with the 12 fret fretboard

It's day 1 of my first ever guitar so too early to make any comment.

    So far so good

    Great guitar!
    Mike Hannah -
It's small portable basic comfortable to hold and easy to play but also sounds good and not boxy. I feel it better than a comparable sized Martin or Taylor. To my ears this guitar has more base and midrange not as bright as a Taylor and not as earthy as a Martin so has its own voice that picks each note out just fine.. This surprised me greatly sound wise and price as you get more for your money. Being small it doesn't feel like a toy as some do. I'm an intermediate finger style player and wanted a travel guitar. Neck just right for me as bit chunkier depth wise. Action is low right off the shelf. Amazing sustain ring to it blew me away.
