Shipping Terms & Information

(For Customers in EU, Switzerland, and Norway)

1. Shipping Provider and Delivery Process

• All Faith Guitars orders to Europe are shipped using UPS as the designated courier service.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing UPS tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
• UPS will make one delivery attempt to your designated address. If the delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be transferred to a local UPS Access Point, where it will be held for collection by you.
• Due to the high value of the goods, UPS is not authorised to leave parcels in a safe place or with neighbours. A signature or ID may be required upon collection.

2. Shipping Costs

• We offer free shipping on all guitar orders delivered to eligible European countries.

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

• All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
  This means:
• All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges are paid by us.
• You will not incur any additional fees upon receipt of the goods.

4. Delivery Times

• Typical delivery times are between 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination country and local conditions.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs processing or local delivery delays may affect timing.

5. Delivery Restrictions

• Delivery is available to residential addresses only within supported European regions.
• We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses.

6. Risk and Ownership

• Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery or upon collection from the UPS Access Point.
• Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received and delivery is completed.

Pre-Delivery Inspection and Set-up

• Before your new Faith guitar is despatched to you, it will have been through a thorough pre-delivery inspection to check for cosmetic issues.
• Plus, our guitar techs would have setup the guitar to a standard height suitable for both strumming and fingerpicking.
• We are not able to offer custom setups or different string gauges. Go to see your local music store and they will happily work with you on this.
• All regular Faith guitars come with ‘ DR Dragon Skin+ ’ strings in a 12 to 53 gauge, as standard. They are coated on both the inner core and the outer winding. They sound natural and resonant and should last a long time too.
