4. What Your Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  3. Provide:
    • Proof of original purchase;
    • Description of the issue;
    • Photos or other evidence.

If your guitar needs to be sent for inspection:

  • Faith Guitars will arrange collection of your instrument. (It is your responsibility to ensure your guitar is safely and securely packaged in its case as well as a suitable outer box.)
  • If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace it and return it.
  • If not covered, we will send you a repair quote. If you decline, the guitar will be returned without repairs (at your cost).

This is the only warranty Faith Guitars offers.
